The Gamedev-id
Was actually a mailing list created for people who like to talk anything about games development among the Indonesian. Most of us are amateurs who learn to know about game development.


Backgrounder
Back to January 2000, was the time the group was created by XQ in a form of mailing list which still lasted 'til now.


Development
The group was counted to be quite steady. Never grow too much nor shrunk. The communication was somewhat moderate even there's time when people going so quiet. :)


Purpose
The main purpose of the group's mailing list is
to be able to share and discuss anything about game development.

We're not bounded by any platform or libraries. Ranged from game design, graphics, AI, consoles, etc, or just info and a light game gossip.


Mission
Help to share experiences we know about game development. From members to members. From members to community.

Add awareness about the existence of game development especially in Indonesia to the community.


The Website
After long time having no website (once ever, but left un-maintained), now we have a 'worth to visit' website.

With this site we can easily introduce about our small group much better than before to the people.

This site was prepared to be fit for 'maintain-less' condition but quite enough for somebody to get acknowledge with what is 'gamedev-id' all about.
